Daniel R. Tomal, Ph.D.,is a professor, consultant, and award-winning author. He has authored 15 books and over 200 research studies and articles on the topics of electronics, technology, research, and leadership. He is a widely sought-after speaker and lives in Wheaton, Illinois.

Aram S. Agajanian, Ph.D., is a senior professor at DeVry University in Chicago. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Rochester, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Colorado State University. Dr. Agajanian teaches computer networking, electronics, computer, and biomedical engineering technology courses at Devry, and has 10 years of industrial experience in electrical engineering. His research interests include electronic and digital circuits and understanding the issues that affect enrollment and retention of female students in science, math, engineering and technology (SMET). Dr. Agajanian is also interested in teaching methods such as brain-based teaching, constructivism, team teaching, and active learning that might improve the quality of engineering education.

Excellent guide to troubleshooting techniques

In the fourth edition of "Electronic Troubleshooting", the authors do an excellent job in presenting theory and practical methods to troubleshoot modern electronics. The liberal use of illustrations makes this book accessible both for the home hobbyist and the practicing professional. The textbook covers a diverse range of materials -- from motors to microprocessors -- providing a wide range of analog and digital systems. The individual troubleshooting guides given in the appendices are excellent and concise resources.This is an excellent book for anyone working in the design, maintenance and repair of modern electronic systems.

Excellent and extremely useful Book

This book approaches the troubleshooting of circuits and systems by first providing an understanding of the theory of operation, so troubleshooting can proceed in a very logical manner. The writing style and organization is very readable and understandable as well as replete with examples.

Ronald L. Hatzenbuehler is a professor emeritus of history at Idaho State University. Previously, he served as department chair and associate dean of the College of Arts and Letters. He is the author of “I Tremble for My Country”: Thomas Jefferson and the Virginia Gentry and coauthor of Congress Declares War: Rhetoric, Leadership, and Partisanship in the Early Republic.

Best little inspirational handbook

In today's world of "doom and gloom" fears, I love Emmet Fox's book "Make Your Life Worthwhile." He cites Bibical verses for guidance, prayer steps for results, and useful thoughts to practice for good health, happiness, freedom, and spiritual progress. He writes in such an easy going tone, is easy to comprehend (explains Bible metaphors to fit our lives now), and I feel his wisdom on every page. Very encouraging 1-2 page essays!

This is a wonderful inspiring comforting book. Each essay has something important to say. I purchased this book a long time ago but am just getting into now. What I have found is the more you read, the more you understand. I am going deeper and deeper with the concepts and it's wonderful. Highly recomended for SOM followers and other spiritual people.

I've had my copy of this book for so long it is starting to fall apart. I've had other books dealng with spiritual matters, but this one is the most concise and presents the basics in a very clear, straight forward manner. You cannot go wrong reading and follwoing these instructions concerning your life and the best way to live it.
